STRATEGIC PRIVATIATION PROCESS OF AIRPLANE FUEL COMPANY.

Paweł Osowski led a team responsible for preparing OBR PR S.A. for privatisation. The company is a leader in the production and distribution of airplane fuel, based on PKN ORLEN's oil.  The company was fully owned by Poland's state treasury and was eventually sold. The team was responsible for a full range of the company's communications activities and was in charge of OBR's CEO's image, including preparing him for public appearances. Tens os bilingual (EN/PL) press materials were prepared, concerning: the previous several attempts at privatisation, resolution of a conflict with an employee-owned company, the best financial results in the company's history, the company's investment programme, a strategic supply agreement executed with Orlen. OBR's public relations strategy was prepared based on: an internal audit (analysis of the company's internal capacities and resources), identifying flagship projects (long-term strategy development, project succession), developing on-going operational plans (press office, on-going media relations), developing a plan for supporting activities (analysis, research, monitoring), defining performance indicators for PR activities (reports, meetings, benchmarking). The project was carried out in Polish and English.
