Paweł Osowski led a team of consultants in a mandate for Unifeeder A/S. Unifeeder is a provider of feeder transport services. One of its key operating areas is goods exchange with Russian through the Kaliningrad corridor. Unifeeder is the largest feeder transport company in Northern Europe.  For Unifeeder A/S, we worked on communications during its acquisition of a competing business - IMCL, a Polish-Cypriot company based in Gdynia.  IMCL marked Unifeeder's first ever acquisition worldwide. Thanks to the transaction, Poland became the base for a substantial part of the feeder transport network to and from Baltic ports. This was due to the fact that IMCL, which handles routes from the Baltic countries to and from Hamburg and Rotterdam, considers Poland as its key operating area. During the project, we worked with a PR agency in Denmark and one in Russia. Our task was to prepare a complete PR strategy and for acquisition, as well as implementation of a 360 campaign. The campaign's results included over 50 publications in Poland and the Baltics. The project was carried out in Polish and English.
