POINTPARK PROPERTIES mandated Warsaw Consultants, when it was being sold to two of the largest private equity funds in the US focused on investing in warehousing assets and companies operating in infrastructure for industry and property - TPG and IVANHOE CAMBRIDGE.

Piotrowski led a team of consultants responsible for market entry
communications for POINTPARK PROPERTIES, a Prague-based developer and asset
manager specialised in developing transport infrastructure and managing
warehouse properties. The team communicated the company's plans during the
construction of a network of warehouses - PointParks - in all key locations in
Poland, with a total warehouse space in excess of 500 000 sqm. Alongside
working for P3, the agency was in charge of media relations during the
acquisition of the company by Arcapita Bank, based in Bahrain, from Merrill
Lynch. The team's key tasks included preparation of a plan for POINTPARK
PROPERTIES' entry into Poland, media relations and communications activities
during the acquisition, together with media training. POINTPARK PROPERTIES again mandated Warsaw
Consultants in 2014, when it was being sold to two of the largest private
equity funds in the US focused on investing in warehousing assets and companies
operating in infrastructure for industry and property - TPG and IVANHOE
CAMBRIDGE. The team participating in developing a comprehensive communications
strategy, which was then implemented on European markets (Denmark, Czech
Republic, Poland, UK) and in the US.The
project was carried out in Polish, English and Czech.
